Excursion Itinerary
Arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport. Transfer to Chilaw. Visit the city, the Cathedral and the Temple of Hindu Munneswaram. Overnight stay in Chilaw.
After breakfast leave for Anuradhapura. Visit the numerous archaeological treasures: The Monastery of Abayagiriya, the Royal Palace, the Bronze Palace, etc. Overnight at Hotel in Anuradhapura
After breakfast depart for Jaffna. Arrival in Jaffna, around the city, Overnight at Hotel in Jaffna.
After breakfast day dedicated to the visit of Jaffna and the surrounding area. Visit to Kantharodai archaeological site and the temple of Nallur Kandaswamy. Overnight at Hotel in Jaffna
After breakfast leave for Mihintale. Below proceed to Sigiriya in the afternoon climb to Sigiriya rock fortress. Overnight at Hotel in Sigiriya
After breakfast leave for Polonnaruwa the second capital of Sri Lanka. Continuation to the Minneriya National Park for a safari. Overnight at Hotel in Sigiriya
Visit Dambulla Rock Cave Temple. On the way visit spice garden at Matale. Enjoy some sightseeing in Kandy and cultural show. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Leave for Ramboda, visit a tea factory and waterfalls. In the afternoon return to Kandy. Overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast leave for Colombo, along the way stop and visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. City tour in Colombo. Later drive for Negombo. Overnight stay in Negombo.
After breakfast transfer to airport.
